Gin Hapi Fizz


  • 1 gala apple

  •  Few ice cubes

  • 45ml (1.5oz) gin No10 Guy Lafleur

  • 30 ml (1 oz.) simple syrup

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 1 egg white

  • 175 ml (about ½ can) LE CIDRE Original du Verger Hemmingford


  • Cut a few slices of apple.

  • Place the slices in the bottom of a shaker and crush them with a pestle.

  • Add ice cubes, gin, simple syrup, lemon juice and egg white. Mix well until you get a foam.

  • Place ice cubes in the bottom of a glass. Pour the cocktail into the glass, straining it.

  • Add cider to fill your glass completely.

  • Garnish with a slice of apple and enjoy immediately.


Serves one person.
