
Gin Hapi Fizz
Ingredients

1 gala apple

Few ice cubes
-
45ml (1.5oz) gin No10 Guy Lafleur

30 ml (1 oz.) simple syrup

Juice of 1/2 lemon
-
1 egg white
-
175 ml (about ½ can) LE CIDRE Original du Verger Hemmingford
Preperation

Cut a few slices of apple.

Place the slices in the bottom of a shaker and crush them with a pestle.

Add ice cubes, gin, simple syrup, lemon juice and egg white. Mix well until you get a foam.

Place ice cubes in the bottom of a glass. Pour the cocktail into the glass, straining it.

Add cider to fill your glass completely.

Garnish with a slice of apple and enjoy immediately.
Serves one person.
