Ingredients

• 0.5 oz lemon juice

• 0.5 oz simple syrup (from fresh orange and cranberry)

• 1 egg white

• 2 oz of LE CIDRE de Glace ice cider from Verger Hemmingford - IGP 

• 4 oz of LE CIDRE Raspberry Verger Hemmingford

Preparation

• In a shaker put all the ingredients, except LE CIDRE Raspberry.

• We shake like this without ice for 8 to 10 seconds.

• Add the ice and shake vigorously for another 8 to 10 seconds.

• Pour the entire shaker into a tall glass.

• Top it with LE CIDRE Raspberry.

• Using a spoon, stir lightly.

 

Serves one person.
