Granita-shot 

Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 oz of LE CIDRE de Glace ice cider PGI* from Verger Hemmingford (per serving)

  • shooter type glasses

Preparation

  •  in small glasses, pour LE CIDRE de Glace ice cider.
    - place the filled containers in the freezer overnight (8 hours).
    - take it all out. LE CIDRE de Glace ice cider is then transformed into a granita.
    - add a stick to each of the shooter to break the ice.
    - consume right away and enjoy the “WOW” effect!

The granita-shot made with LE CIDRE de Glace is the easiest version to make the classic granita. Serve it as an aperitif, as an entre-mets or as a digestif.
