LE CIDRE - Raspberry - Verger Hemmingford is a “ready to drink” type cider. It is a well-made cider, sparkling and above all, ultra refreshing. Lively and light on the palate, it is easily drunk alone or with food.

 

Good to know: LE CIDRE Raspberry is made from hand-picked apples: essentially the famous McIntosh from Quebec. It is also made from freshly squeezed juice (never from concentrate!) It is then flavored with natural raspberry essence. Finally, fermentation and canning are done on site.

 

From vegan production, LE CIDRE Raspberry is also gluten-free. It only contains 21 g/L of residual sugar, making it one of the driest ''ready to drink'' ciders on the Quebec market.
