The glasse of white wine type of cider

This still cider is comparable to a white wine. It is fruity, lively and fresh to perfection.

 

During the warming of post-winter temperatures, we harvest the sugars that are still trapped in the blocks of ice from the production of ice cider to make this time a dry-vinified cider.

 

From vegan production, LE CIDRE Tranquille is naturally gluten-free.
