This beverage is one of a kind cider made from handpicked Quebec apples pressed onsite at the cidery. By a unique roasting process for a hard cider, we obtain a 100% natural drink, bittersweet and light. Enjoy it just like an iced tea.

To the eye, LE CIDRE Noir is not black. It has an amber, caramel and luminous appearance with a nice mousse. The nose offers aromas of caramel taffy, malt and baked apple. On the palate, we discover aromas of cold brewed coffee with bitterness and acidity reminiscent of Italian herbaceous liqueur (Quinoto).

From vegan production, LE CIDRE Noir is naturally gluten-free. It only contains 16 g / L of residual sugar, which makes it one of the driest “ready to drink” ciders on the Quebec market.

 

Serve LE CIDRE Noir cold, with or without ice cubes to drink on its own, or to accompany a burger & fries, a poutine or anything a little heavy...
