Shandy Soleil


  • large glass

  •  few ice cubes

  • 175 ml (about ½ can) of light and blond beer

  • 175 ml (about ½ can) of LE CIDRE Soleil


  • put the ice cubes in the glass

  • pour half a can of beer

  • add LE CIDER Soleil

  • using a spoon, stir lightly

  • optional: garnish with a slice of orange fruit

  • enjoy immediately


Serves one person.

Our version of LE CIDRE Soleil lemonade as a panaché is fresh, thirst-quenching, and it's so vintage! The Shandy drink is such a simple recipe that we had almost forgotten about it...
