LE CIDRE Cuvée Chambly

Special edition created for the 20th anniversary of Bière et Saveurs de Chambly 

 

LE CIDRE is 100% Quebec, 100% thirst-quenching with zero grams of residual sugar. It is a festive and sunny juice that offers a nose of apricot, passion fruit and freshly picked ripe apple. It is dry and fruity with a nice astringency. In the end, there are notes of papaya and lemon thyme.

Made exclusively from hand-picked apples from Quebec. It is also made from freshly squeezed juice (never from concentrate). Finally, fermentation and canning are done on site. From vegan production, LE CIDRE Cuvée Chambly is naturally gluten-free with no sulfite added.
